Are they telling you any issues or concerns with what you’ve designed so far? If so, this is an opportunity for improvement! Also, keep in mind how long people have been using your product. For example, suppose others are selling a digital course, and most of their customers stop using theirs after only one month (meaning they didn’t get much value from it). In that case, yours could provide more value by including additional content over time – like new chapters every few months – which would give people something fresh to look forward to while also increasing retention rates.
