One line of books that are always a hit with my kids are any of the books from National Geographic Kids. From when my kids were little and just looking at the pictures to now reading facts and chapter books, National Geographic Kids has a book for whatever you are looking for.

My daughter would enjoy reading National Geographic’s Animal Encyclopedia because she loves reading and looking at pictures of animals.
