Did you the most important step in a personal injury case is to stay off social media! If you end up going to court, anything you say or write can be used against you. The internet is forever and you may not even realize what you are writing but it can be perceived as the opposite of what you mean. Lawyers may play dirty and dig deep for what they can use against you. For example, you may claim to be injured but then post on social media about going to an amusement park.
