The Sleepy Wrap has no buckles, snaps, or twisting clips, it is just a soft, yet heavy cotton knit with a touch of spandex that you wrap around yourself. When I first opened it, I was so confused, I mean I am a person who likes to follow directions and with the Sleepy Wrap, it is so flexible. There are so many different ways you can wrap it around yourself and wear your baby, which it amazes me with how simple of a product this is. It is a natural way to wear your baby so you can comfort them with your movement, heartbeat, voice, scent, and warmth.
Benefits of the Sleepy Wrap:
So what did my boys think of the Sleepy Wrap? They loved it, Aidan not so much because he is in his go-go-go stage, but Gavin loved snuggling next to me. I love that I can wear Gavin comfortably and still have 2 hands to do stuff with Aidan. I no longer have to say “Hold on, let me put the baby down.” Now I wrap Gavin up and we go about our business around the house – laundry, vacuuming, and just relaxing. My favorite time is when he falls asleep in it! He is also adorable when he is looking around and taking everything in.
I still haven’t tried every position of carrying him, as the possibilities really are endless. You have to check out their photo gallery and see all the ways to wear this wrap, it is truly amazing! And so simple – It takes literally minutes to wrap it around yourself and then pop your child inside!
To end here are some pictures of my boys in the Sleepy Wrap (9 months and 26 months old.) I was actually surprised at how much lighter my 26 month old in the wrap rather than when I carry him. I can’t wait to try to wear him on my back since he is now in a piggy-back phase! Also, my 9 month old, who doesn’t really want to snuggle anymore since he wants to go go go everywhere actually snuggled against me. Also, once I got the boys situated I didn’t have to keep re-adjusting the wrap, since it is elastic it stretched to form around them!

I'll have to look into this! Does it ever hurt your neck? I have small shoulders, so a lot of slings will ride up and rub against my neck. I love my Hotslings sling, but it isn't stretchy enough.
I have a Moby wrap but it works exactly the same and I just love it. Baby Sister and I use it all the time - especially when she is tired and we are out and about . :)
