Now that the weather is getting nice, I am looking forward to walking around the neighborhood with the kids. Something about being outside breathing the fresh air while walking away some calories is so refreshing. All you have to do is visit their website every day you walk or run and log the miles. It is super easy and not only will it benefit me but also I can feel good about this higher cause. I am fortunate that I do not have anyone with Breast Cancer in my family or friends, but as a woman it is always something I think about. I mean if I logged the few miles I walk every day and my friends did the same thing, it would all really add up, quickly!

BeeWell Miles has resources to interact with healthy living experts, calculators to discover the calories you burn with your miles, calculate your route’s mileage, and interacting with others.
