Kushies Review (& Coupon Code!)

One of my favorite stores for kid’s items is Kushies. Everything baby and toddler related can be found at Kushies and it amazes me how unique and high quality everything is. Basically they have a great selection of everything including bibs, blankets, layette, gift sets, washable diapers, award-winning toys and more!

So when I was asked if I wanted to review one of their signature Bibs and Organic Layette I was thrilled. I decided to give the bib to my 2 year old and the outfit to my 12 month old.

The Kushies bib I received is an eco-friendly, lightweight taffeta waterproof bib with sleeves. Yes I said sleeves! If you have never tried a bib with sleeves before, you don’t know what you’re missing (or should I say what your kid is missing!) The bib was adorable blue and has a neat geometric pattern. Although the best feature is the catch-all pocket to catch all those falling pieces of food and the sleeves protect your little one’s shirts and arms from getting sticky and dirty. It is so lightweight that it didn’t bother my two year old when I put it on him. Then when he was done, I was able to toss it in the washer or if it wasn’t too bad then I just wiped it down.

The Kushies Safari Organic Layette we received was so perfect for our 12 month old. It is 100% Certified Organic Cotton and if you have never felt organic cotton before it is super soft. My son felt so snuggly and cuddly when I put him in it and it is so lightweight and really it is perfect for any weather, not to mention it was an adorable brown color with a little safari animal embroidered on it. The layette I received was just one of the adorable outfits they have and fashion accessories they carry.

Like I said earlier Kushies has so much that I wanted to mention some of their other items. First off, they have the coolest toys; they are colorful, funky, unique and fun! Their goal is to encourage self-expression, build self-confidence, and inspire the imagination. All of their toys feature ZOLO, which are funky looking toys made to stimulate kids. They also have adorable animal plush’s that are more subtle and conservative.

Okay so other than toys and clothes, Kushies also carries their own cloth diapers. Made of several layers of 100% soft cotton flannelette these diapers just sound super comfortable! They also feature different folds for boys and girls to help control the absorbency flow.

Oh and they also feature an adorable bag called “My Bag.” Their bag is perfect for anything and everything and built to make your life easier. It comes with everything from an insulated snack box, medicine box, clothes bags, pillow, blanket, and a handy hook to hang it!
