One nutrition bar I just tried is called Tiger’s Milk. Honestly when I first heard the name I was skeptical and leary. I stood by the garbage so I could spit it out if it tasted dry and yucky. Boy was I shocked. I actually enjoyed the Tiger’s Milk bar. I enjoyed it so much that if I hadn’t none, I would have never guessed it was healthy for me.
Tiger’s Milk has been delivering essential proteins, vitamins and minerals since the 1960’s and is available in Protein Rich, Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter & Honey and Peanut Butter Crunch. The makers of Tiger’s Milk bars, Schiff Nutrition, has been one of the most trusted and respected companies in the nutritional supplement industry for more than 70 years.
