iGo Charge Anywhere Review – Free Yourself from the Cords!

I sometimes feel as if electronic chargers have taken over my house. I mean I have a charger for our current phone, old phones, iPods, bluetooth headsets, laptops, digital cameras, and my GPS. The other problem I have too is that I also have “car” versions of all these chargers, so my car is also cluttered with wires!

Well a company called iGo has come out with a solution to my problem with the iGo Charge Anywhere. It is the coolest thing and it is small yet powerful! The Charge Anywhere is a device that you switch the tip on it to charge your different items, so you have one Charger but multiple tips. The other great aspect of it is that as you charge it your device while it is plugged into he wall, the Charge Anywhere is charging its integrated battery for device charging away from a wall outlet.

Charge Anywhere Features:

• Contains two USB outputs for simultaneous device charging
• Including iGo USB charging cable for even lighter travel
• Pocket-sized (perfect for purse, diaper bag, or laptop bag)
• Power tips available for virtually all devices – or soon coming!
• Works for mobile phones, Bluetooth headsets, MP3 players, Portable Gaming Devices, Digital Camera, and GPS devices (see the iGo website for compatibility of your model number)

I received the Charge Anywhere and an iPhone (iPod Touch) tip and we love it. My husband can now easily charge his phone and then if we are going to be out all day, I throw the Charge Anywhere in my bag just in case! I can see it being so valuable as you are not always by your car or a wall outlet to charge your item and this way you can power up your device wherever you are! I also love that I can just buy a new tip for between $7.50 and $10.50 instead of the $20-$30 for a charger that would only charge your one specific device.

Overall, I love the iGo Charge Anywhere. So far I have only tried it with an iPhone and iPod Touch, but it works just fine and I can’t wait to get tips for our other devices! The only flaw is that to charge our iPhone you can’t use the iGo Splitter which means you can only charge your iPhone since it is such a battery hog I think! Otherwise with any other device, you should be able to charge two items at once. Oh and iGo also sells Laptop and Netbook charges compatible with most major brands of computers!

BUY IT: You can buy the iGo Anywhere for $49.99 and receive your first free tip of your choice at the iGo Website! You can also receive Free Shipping on all orders over $25! You can also check out the iGo products at Amazon.

Mama’s Money Savers Disclaimer: I was given an iGo Charge Anywhere and tip to review. This review is 100% my opinion and has not been edited or reviewed by anyone. I was not compensated in any other way for this product review.
