The animated books with their activities, published by BeiZ and Satukustannus, are both fun and educational. The books also help the children to learn to read. The parents can read the animated book’s story to the children, or the children can familiarise themselves with it independently.

MY THOUGHTS:

So my first expierence with Mandy and Andy was a few months ago when I reviewed Mandy and Andy Renovating.  Mandy and Andy are two adorable characters that my 3 year old thinks are fun.  Well in this new story featuring them, Mandy and Andy go through the seasons with great graphics and an actual storyline.  It helps too that it is based on an actual book series featuring Mandy and Andy.

Now this is not just a story that can be read to your children or read by your child, but it has 1-2 interactive spots on each page.  So when you tap on an object it moves or makes a noise.  Another great addition to this app is there are two games kids can also play where they can paint a scene or match leaves together.  It is an adorable app and even though my son hasn’t read the books, Mandy and Andy are two of his favorite cats!
