MY THOUGHTS:

I have wondered before why there wasn’t a product like the Finish Quantumatic, I mean something that stays in the dishwasher and automatically dispenses detergent sounds awesome to me.  I have been known to forget to add the detergent all together or I overfill it and have a soapy residue on my dishes, this way a pre-measure amount automatically dispenses.  We also run the dishwasher in my house maybe two times a week so this product is going to last us six weeks at least!

Yes it is a little expensive the first time you buy it ($9.99) but that is because it comes with the dispenser and refill, after that you can get a refill 2-pack for 24 washes for $10.99.  So basically for us at least, the refills that cost $10.99 would last me 3 months, which is only about $4 a month, which is definitely reasonable to me.  (There is also a refill 3-pack to save even more!)  For the peace of mind that I using a high-quality product and I don’t have to worry about forgetting or overfilling, this product is one of my favorites!

I have used the Finish Quantumatic combined with Finish Jet-Dry Turbo Dry for four dishwasher loads so far and I am impressed.  It definitely has some cleaning power in them and does leave my dishes pretty spotless (I did have a few crusted dishes but I don’t think that could have been helped due to what was on them.)  We also pretty much never pre-rinse so I think this product is definitely working hard in there!  What is nice too is that as I am loading my dishwasher the Finish Quantumatic has an intelligent counter on top that shows the number of washes left and indicates when it needs to be changed out.  I would definitely recommend the Finish Quantamtic and Jet Dry, as well as all the other Finish products which I have had positive experiences with in the past!

BUY IT: The SRP for Turbo Dry 6.76oz in the Grocery Channel is $4.49 and in Mass (Wal-Mart/TGT) is $3.59. The suggested retail price for a Finish Quantumatic dispenser and refill with12 washes is $9.99; a refill 2 pack with 24 washes is $10.99; a refill 3 pack with 36 washes is $15.49.
