Two Leaves and A Bud Tea Review

ABOUT:

Two Leaves and A Bud Tea Company was started because its owner could not find a great cuppa’ organic tea.  Founder Richard Rosenfield wanted to being good organic tea to North America after traveling extensively through Asia and India.  Two Leaves and A Bud teas are Certified Organic and all but three are USDA Organic.

Two Leaves and a Bud have come out with some new teas.  There are three new Herbal Blends:  Better Rest, Better Belly, and Better Morning, as well as a green tea with Toasted rice called Gen Mai Cha.  All four teas are organic.

These teas include unique ingredients to keep you happy throughout the day: Better Morning Blend is a caffeine-free wakeup call with kombucha, peppermint, and beautiful blue cornflowers; Better Belly Blend aids digestion with ginger and fennel; and Better Rest Blend soothes sippers to sleep with chamomile, valerean, and hops.

The Green Mai Chai is the most popular tea consumed in Japan.  The flavor is toasty, nutty, and sweet.

MY THOUGHTS:

I know it is hot in the summer and you may not be thinking about drink hot tea, but Two Leaves and a Bud also has some great teas that they recommend “trying iced.”  Some of those teas are Jasmine Petal, Mtn High Chai, Pomi Berry, and Acai White Tea.

Now what I love about Two Leaves and a Bud tea packets is that they are perfect for the tea clueless consumer like me and the taste satisfies tea connoisseurs!  The packets have the name, whether or not they have caffeine, and how long to steep the tea.  I got the chance to try out a few flavors so far, including the new Better Blends and the Organic Gen Mai Cha Green Tea and they are all perfect.  Between being sick, overwhelmed, and just having a craving for tea, Two Leaves and A Bud teas have been a blessing!  They are rich in flavor, come in a wide variety of flavors, and are organic!  I especially love their new Better Blends line concept because at least for me it is a good recommendation of what blend works best when I need it!  Now I can have the Better Morning Blend to wake up to as  my husband drinks his coffee and the Better Belly Blend for when my tummy just needs some extra help and then there is the Better Rest Blend which soothes before bed!  I think though my favorite is the Gen Mai Cha because I love Green Tea!  It is subtly sweet but delicious!

Whether I am looking to treat how I am feeling, trying to satisfy a craving, or just want some tea with a friend, there is definitely a flavor of Two Leaves and A Bud to do it with!

BUY IT: You can buy Two Leaves and A Bud teas online or check their Store Locator.  In my area, Whole Foods carries them.  You can also buy the teas through Amazon!
