Michael Season’s Kettle Cooked Potato Chips Review (& Giveaway Ends 5/25)

Natural Snacks, LLC, has done it again with their new Kettle Cooked Potato Chip line.  After success with their Thin & Crispy potato chips, Baked potato chips, Puffs & Curls and Baked Multigrain Chips, they have come out with a new line.  The new Michael Season’s Kettle Cooked potato chips are 40% Less Fat & are Low Sodium.

Kettle Cooked Potato Chip Flavors:

• Lightly Salted
• Unsalted
• Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar
• Honey BBQ
• Jalapeno

MY THOUGHTS:

As I have said in the past, I am a big snacker (especially being pregnant!)  Potato chips are definitely a weakness of mine and since I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure I have been trying to cut back on the salt in my diet.  My favorite chips being of course Salt & Vinegar so I especially love that Michael Season’s has come out with a Kettle Cooked Sea Salt 7 Balsamic Vinegar version!  Now of course it is not as salty and good as regular Salt & Vinegar chips but it gives me that salty, crunchy taste without all the sodium and fat.  I am actually used to the Michael Season’s version now that regular chips are too salty for me, which is great because I don’t feel like I am missing anything now!  I also love the crunchiness of the Kettle Cooked chips in general.

All the flavors are delicious and while snacking on potato chips is not the healthiest, at least Michael Season’s makes me feel a little less guilty!  The chips are also all fresh and just the right of crunchy – they are not fragile enough that they break in your hand but still crunchy enough to savor!  I have tried other Michael Season’s snacks before and they are all good, but I definitely think this new Kettle Cooked line is my favorite and love the different flavors available!
