MY THOUGHTS:

The SpongeBob’s Kitchen Mission Cookbook is a genius idea!  My boys are terrible eaters but they love SpongeBob.  I showed them this cookbook and they immediately started asking me to make things.  What is great about this cookbook is that there is a picture for every recipe, which I think is especially important for kids.  I love pictures of food myself!  Each recipe has a clear list of ingredients and instructions.  In the beginning of the cookbook there is a section for Cooking 101, Measuring, Confessions of a Kitchen Sponge, Kitchen Safety, and Food Safety.  Then the book is broken into chapters featuring each characters favorite recipes.  There are snacks, entrees, desserts, and sides.

Overall, I really like this cookbook.  Whether you are cooking with your kids or looking for a cookbook for young chefs, this cookbook is fun and yummy!  It has a nice hardcover and spiral bound pages so it lays flat nicely.  The recipes are so much fun to make and just look at!  My favorite has to be the Krabby Patties that are actually cupcakes – so easy to make!
