I have even shared them with my boys who are not big on breakfast but with these they think I am a cool mom for letting them have chocolate for breakfast!  I just pull them out of the freezer and by the time they are dressed and ready to eat they are defrosted or I have even microwaved them to make them warm and gooey.  These little treats are also perfect for on-the-go!  I highly recommend these Vitalicious cakes to anyone looking for a guilt-free delicious snack!  They are seriously amazing!
