iFrogz Safe Headphones for Kids {Review}

You hear so much today about kids who are blasting their music in their ears and the damage they can cause.  I was never one who really  blared music but I know how naive kids can be.  We never think about the future consequences of our actions when we are young, at least I never did.  All those bad habits that come back to haunt us as adults, I now am thinking of ways to make my kids safe and take away those temptations.

iFrogz has launched a new line of child-friendly earbuds and headphones that feature playful, animal-inspired designs while limiting audio levels.  They include built-in volume governors to prevent sounds from being turned louder than 85 decibels – approximately the volume of a telephone dial tone.  iFrogz headphones and earbuds are available in three bright colors – red, blue and green – and feature a ladybug, snail or turtle.  The colors and designs make it easy for kids to want to wear their new ear protection while still jamming out to their music or games.

My boys are constantly wearing their new iFrogz kid-friendly headphones while playing their Leappad video game system and now I don’t have to worry about them playing the volume too loud.  We tried regular headphones and the volume was so loud that I could hear it a few feet away from them.  They don’t always remember how to turn the volume down or even think about it.  The design makes them kid-friendly and they actually think they are like big kids wearing them.  I love that they come in various colors and designs to make all kids happy and yes they are adjustable to fit different sized heads.  I  recommend them for any parent looking for safe headphones for their kids.
