Take it one day at a time.
i stay positive by praying!
I try to stay in the now and how things are going well, rather than focus on the past or future.
I focus on what is really important and my family.
I try to think of all the good things that happen instead of the bad
I stay positive by appreciating the little events throughout the day that make me laugh.
I paint to relieve stress
I try to be thankful for everything, even the bad, because it teaches me a lesson. And when things aren't great, I tell myself that someone else is always going through much worse.
i count my blessings to look at the brighter side of life!
I don't sweat the small stuff :)
