The effects of Dieting Forces The Brain To Eat Itself can take a toll on the body.
The week that I was ill with diarrhea, I lost 103 pounds.
I exercise 5 days a week and try to eat healthy and take my vitamins
I eat a healthy diet and exercise daily.
To say healthy I go to the gym a couple times a week
I stay healthy by cutting down on processed foods, washing my hands often, staying fairly active.

I try to....hmmm, I guess I just need to do a better job of taking care of myself. I am last on the list.
I drink a veggie and fruit shake every morning
i exercise, eat healthy and sleep to remain healthy!
