    I anywhere and everywhere, take the stairs, and eat lots of fruit, veggies, and fish. I get good sleep (when possible), and always remember to take deep breaths.

    I take vitamins and workout every day – we are big in to walking. We take care of my 81 year old mother-in-law who always has some health problem so we are always researching ways to help her feel better, this involves her diet, her exercise and her mental health. We are learning a lot as we go – good things for us to know for our retirement years as well
