My boys love Transformers and honestly I think my husband wishes he could still play with them. They are such a classic toy that you really can’t go wrong with them. The other great thing about Transformers is that they keep changing with each generation but still have the transforming-ability. The latest line from Transformers is called Beast Hunters.
I got the chance to try out one of the Transformers Prime Beast hunters and my boys couldn’t wait to rip it out of the packaging!

Take your Transformers adventures to the next level with this incredible Predaking figure and his twin Hydrafire blasters! Whether he’s in robot mode or dragon mode, he’s a scary enemy for any Autobot, and his twin Hydrafire blasters give him huge firepower against his Autobot enemies. Attach his hydra heads in dragon mode, where his tail becomes a sword! Keep converting him back and forth so he can handle whatever you throw at him! Figure comes with accessories.
This Transformer is for ages 5 and up and actually my 4 year old was able to figure out how to transform him. It was definitely a challenge for him but he By snapping and twisting pieces here and there, Predaking turns from beast (like a dragon) to a Transformer. He is ready for battle with his attached and moving weapons. The weapons can be removed too if you’d prefer your kids not play with them, but they are small little plastic ones. My boys (4 and 6) thought it was silly that he transforms from a dragon to a robot, and they couldn’t decide which way they liked him better. They of course now want all the other Beast Hunters! At $20 I think the price is reasonable too since you basically get two toys in one.

Oh man. My 4 year old son also loves Transformers and any Transformers toy that he can get his hands on. He has a couple of the Beast Hunters ones, but this one look new.
