Getting Refreshed With Olay Fresh Effects Skin Care Line {Review}

Every year I feel like my skin gets worse.  I had always thought that the worse my skin would be was when I was going through puberty, but now in my 30s it definitely is a lot more work.  I break out, have to scrub off makeup, moisturize, work with evening out my skin color and keep up with sunscreen.  Olay is a brand I have trusted since I was in college, and honestly at the time it was a splurge for me with my college budget.

Now Olay has added some new product to their skin care line called Olay Fresh Effects to keep skin fresh, clean and moisturized!  I got to try out the whole line and its like a mini spa for my face!

Va-Va-Vivid!- Powered Contour Cleansing System: This powerful brush with super-soft, supple bristles gently massages your skin for a healthy-looking glow and a full-face cleansing.

The Va-Va-Vivid is my second favorite because of its size and power.  It is a very small tool that runs on one AAA battery (which is included.)  Just squirt some soap on it and scrub your face for a 400% better clean face then just basic cleaning.  The bristles are soft rubber and not irritating at all.  This will be great to travel with and you can also use it in the shower!

Shine, Shine Go Away!- Shine Minimizing Cleanser: This cleanser has all the purifying power of a mask, but lathers and rinses like a daily cleanser to remove 2X more dirt, oil, and make-up than basic cleansing.

The Shine, Shine Go Away is a great deep-down pore cleanser that is gentle and great for everyday.  It is smooth and leaves your skin clean and ready for the day!

Bead Me Up!- Exfoliating Cleanser: Foaming bubbles and exfoliating microbeads come together to gently purify and lift away dirt, while softly scrubbing your skin for a beautifully fresh, healthy look.

Bead Me Up is an exfoliating cleanser that has a gritty feeling to really scrub your face.  I really like this as my skin isn’t sensitive and I like that gritty scrubbing to really clean my face.

S’Wipe Out!- Refreshing Make-up Removal Cloths: These special pre-moistened cloths are covered in cottony-soft cleansing pockets  to lift away dirt and makeup – even waterproof mascara – in a flash.

S-Wipe Out make-up removal wipes are perfect for those nights you are just too tired to wash your face but don’t want to sleep with your make-up on.  There are 20 cloths inside and its soft small package makes it easy to travel with or even keep in a gym bag!

Long Live Moisture!- Satin Finish Lotion: Lose the shine and get satiny active moisturizers keeping your skin soft and smooth for up to 24-hours!

Long Live Moisture is a moisturizer that is perfect for everyday and so lightweight.  I have a dry forehead and my skin gets tight sometimes so this is a must-have for me everyday!

BB Cream!- Skin Perfecting Tinted Moisturizer with Sunscreen: An all-in-one solution for instantly brighter-looking, smoother-feeling, more even skin tone.

The BB Cream may be my favorite item as it is a tinted moisturizer with SPF 15 that is actually lightweight and not greasy feeling!  I NEVER wear foundation because I hate that heavy feeling on my face but the BB Cream feels like its not there and it gives me that little bit of tinting to help with my uneven skin tone.  This is perfect for summertime!

Overall, all the Olay Fresh Effects product are great whether I need a moisturizer, makeup remover or just a cleanser.
