Lice is something that honestly freaks me out. I am petrified of my kids coming home with lice and having to deal with it. For boys its easy, I can shave their heads but then I worry about my daughters hair, my hair, bedding and so forth! It is just so creepy to think of those little bugs crawling around up there. When I got the letter from my son’s school that someone in his grade has lice, I probably checked his head 50 times just to be sure he was okay. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a preventative line of haircare products that would deter lice? Well there is! Last year I got the chance to check out a line of products developed by Fairy Tales Hair Care. It is basically a line of hair care products that has ingrediants inside that prevent head lice!
Fairy Tales Hair Care products has re-formualted and re-packaged their products. The proudcts have a 92% efficiency in repelling head lice and now they are also nut, dairy, soy and gluten-free. I never really thought about hair care products having nuts in them, and I guess I should now think of it since my son has a nut allergy. The Rosemary Repel formula is a nautral solution that includes organic herbs of rosemary, tea tree, peppermint, lavender and geranium oils. No harsh chemicals, pesticides, toxins, parabans or sulfates either. The company is dedicated to delivering high quality products with great ingrediants at an affordable price.
The Rosemary Repel Hair products have been a #1 recommended product for lice by pediatricians, school nurses and moms since 1999 and yes it is clinically proven to help. It is gentle enough to use every day, which honestly we have been using as a preventative lice product! The smell is strong but it does wear off and it is a nice smell. I use this on all three of my kids, but it is good for moms and dads too! A bottle of shampoo and conditioner does run about $12 for a 12 ounce bottle so I do also use it sparingly. Although I can’t imagine how much time and money I would spend if one of us did get lice for lice removal.

That I know of my niece has never had lice
No lice has ever been in this family... *knock on wood!*
