Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel Hair Products Review

MY THOUGHTS:

Did you know there are more than 12 million cases of head lice each year in the US?  I didn’t!  Maybe you thought that lice only attack dirty hair, but lice actually like clean hair better as it can attach easier to clean hair!

Luckily my boys have not had a lice outbreak yet, but I know it is only a matter of time.  It seems like every kid gets lice at one time or another!  I remember when me and my brothers had it when we were younger and how my mom had to wash and comb our hair and everything else in the house!  While lice is not really dangerous it is disgusting and a pain in the butt to have!

With school only being in session three weeks now, one of my boys have already gotten a bad cold and I know more illnesses are just around the corner.  Hopefully lice is not one of them  and we can stay lice-free.

I got the chance to try out all four products on my boys (with what little hair they have) and the products are nice.  With boys I think lice is not as big of a deal because you can just shave their heads and rid them of lice, but with girls Fairy Tales products could definitely be a lifesaver.  I know when my Olivia gets older I will be protective of her hair and keeping her safe.

After using Fairy Tales products for a few times I can definitely say my boys hair smells nicer and is softer. The products are a great prevention for keeping lice away and I can only hope that it will work when lice goes around their school!  I love too that the products are natural and not overwhelming in their smells.  The scent is mainly rosemary but it smells so nice and fresh.  All of these products are great to use for daily use for both girls and boys.  Why not use them as a preparation, once all your kid’s friends have a lice outbreak you’ll be glad!

Tips to keep your child lice free from Fairy Tales Hair Care:

• Teach your child to never share combs, hats, towels, helmets, earphones, pillows, etc.
• Keep long hair together and spray with a hair product made with herbs, such as rosemary and citronella which studies have shown help repel head lice.
• Don’t wash your child’s hair everyday as lice attach easier to clean hair.
