My mom and dad got divorced when I was around 1 years old. Soon after my mom re-kindled her relationship with my now step-dad and they were married. They had four more kids and honestly not a day has gone by that my step-dad has ever treated me like I wasn’t his own. If anything he probably went above and beyond for me to make me feel special. My dad was the best dad I could ever ask for. He always listened to what you had to say and always gave you a thoughtful and honest answer. He made you feel as if you were important and that he was so lucky to have you for a daughter.
