Panama Jack Pearl Pink Cruiser {Review}

I admit I haven’t ridden a bike since I was probably 16 years old and got my first car.  I did though used to love riding a bike when I did have one and it was a Huffy that I trusted back then.  Now that my kids are riding around on their bikes, I have been thinking how nice it would be to go on a bike ride with them, rather than try to walk along side them.  So what brand did I immediately think of when I was looking at bikes?  Huffy of course and I was amazed to see how many bike styles are available!  Whether you are looking to just cruise around your neighborhood or take on all-terrain, Huffy has a bike for everyone! I got the chance to check out one of their Cruiser bikes and I cannot say enough good things about it!

The Panama Jack Cruiser bike is the perfect bike to ride around with at your own pace.  It is not meant to be a bike to race someone on or change the speed on, but rather just relax and “cruise!”  I received this bike in pieces and I could tell my husband was dreading putting it together, but amazingly he had it together within just a few hours and I of course immediately took off on it.  He had absolutely no problems with assembly and couldn’t believe how easy it was to put together, especially after hearing horror stories from friends about them putting bikes together.

How does the bike ride?  Amazing! Fabulous! Smooth!  Honestly this bike is a dream to ride.  I literally just glided on the road with it.  Then there are all the special features on it that really make it stand out.  From the wicker basket in the front to the rear rack and cup holder, it has it all!  The brakes are the coaster brakes that you push your foot back for, nothing crazy or fancy at the handlebars for them.  Oh and the handlebars are old-school looking and have cork grips on them to grasp.  The frame is steel so you know its durable and everything was made to match on this bike.  I am in love with the pink and woodgrain looking finish.  The seat is set on springs for extra comfort and it didn’t bother me at all to sit on.

This bike is designed for ages 12 and up but really it is a perfect bike for adults looking to get back into biking, as in the cruising kind not the mountain bike racing kind!  I have received so many compliments while riding it as it just screams comfort and class.  Like I said there really isn’t anything I would complain about, as long as this is the type of bike your looking for.  I highly recommend it and love it!
