Book Review: “Craft-A-Doodle”

I doodle a lot and never did I realize there could be a science behind actually doodling.  Well not a science exactly but rather a way to make an everyday doodle in something more.  This book has 75 different creative exercises from 18 different artists to get you thinking outside the book of doodling.  Bye bye circle doodles or boring flower doodles, hello artwork!  From creating A Visual Diary to framing words there are so many great ideas in this book.  From simple exercises to more complex there are lots of Doodle Prompts of ideas, tips and lots of pictures!  Yes each page has pictures on because this is a book where pictures really help show off what the artist meant!  I love flipping through the book and obviously I am no artist.  This would be a great book though especially for any budding artist, young or old, or even an artist looking for new inspiration.  Think of this book as Sudoku for your crafty side of your brain!
