Create Your Own Free LEGO Minifigure Family

Ever since my boys could snap LEGO’s together they have been fascinated by them.  They have taken over our house, room by room.  Everything LEGO-related my boys want whether it be actual LEGO’s, books or computer games.  We actually have quite a few games on our iPad featuring LEGO’s as well as a few computer games. 

This holiday season, LEGO has created an online experience called “Minifigure Family”, which enables users to create their own custom LEGO Minifigure holiday card.  You can add all the members of your family, including pets of course.  The best part though is its free to create!
I sat and created our LEGO family with my 5 year old and we had so much fun doing it.  You can customize the skin color of your LEGO person, the shirt, pants, facial expression and hat or hair.  Then after you customize your family you can change out the background and add text.  It probably took 10 minutes to create ours.  There are buttons then to easily share via social media.  You can create as many as you want and for something so simple it really is cute and fun.
