First off I should say this recipe is for 2 cakes as honestly 1 was not enough for us! If you only want to make one, then just halve the ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 jar warmed hot fudge ice cream topping
1½ tubs (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1½ pkgs. JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding (I used Vanilla) (I used the bigger package, but I’m not sure it matters)
10 OREO Cookies, crushed
About 16 vanilla ice cream sandwiches
Parchment or Freezer paper
8½-by-4½-inch loaf pan
Directions:
Line your loaf pan with a piece of parchment/freezer paper (so it doesn’t stick and is easily lifted out), allowing the paper to hang over both long sides.
Pour fudge topping into medium bowl and whisk in 1 tub cool whip and dry pudding mix.
Stir in 3/4 cup of the chopped cookies.
Arrange ice cream sandwiches on top of the parchment paper. Cut the sandwiches if you need to so they fit nicely on the bottom.
Spread half the COOL WHIP/Hot fudge/Oreo mixture on top of the sandwiches.
Repeat layers until you’ve reached the top.
Frost top with remaining COOL WHIP and add any remaining cookies.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
