Trans-Seasonal Outerwear From Free Country {Review} (& Coupon Code)

Disclosure:  I received the product below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

Coat shopping to me is right up there with swimsuit and jean shopping. I don’t know why but I always have such a hard time finding a coat for myself, which is probably why the coat I was using was seven years old.  Yes I wore that coat through three pregnancies, definitely needed to be replaced.  In Chicago though we have crazy weather, cold one day, hot the next so I was looking for something that was universal.  I wanted to be able to limit the coats I needed to have as with five people in my household, our coat closet is already crazy filled.  That is when I found Free Country.

Free Country is the leading lifestyle apparel brand that features recreational outerwear, activewear and swimwear for men, women and children.  Their products are high-quality and affordably priced as well so you don’t have to choose between quality and cost.  Well for those consumers like looking to condense their coats they have their 3-in-1 Systems Jackets which are not only three coats in one, but they come in fun colors!  They feature an insulated outer shell and polyfill inner jacket, with the jacket being wind and water resistant. It is the perfect coat for whatever weather arrives (except hot of course!)

I got the chance to check out the Women’s Gander 3-in-1 Systems Jacket and honestly I absolutely love it!  It is a soft durable but still lightweight coat and I love that I picked purple instead of my usual black I go for.  The hood is easily detachable if you want and there are pockets where you’d want them!  I love that its machine washable because with three kids I usually become the napkin!  The suggested retail price is $160 but its currently only $100 on the Free Country website – which is an awesome deal when you think about how you are getting three coats in one.  I will say though I went a size up on this coat as it was a little tight on me because I have big chest and shoulders so keep that in mind if you are ordering online.  This coat is meant to be more form fitting and I like to have a little room.
