This Summer I am finding that we are spending more and more time in our backyard and it has been driving me crazy on how blah our backyard is. My husband painted the deck last year but we are definitely due for a makeover on it. It’s funny how buying stuff for our backyard is last on my mind but we spend so much time back there.
So I decided to head to Kohl’s to pick up some items to create our own Outdoor Oasis. From seating to decorating to entertaining, Kohl’s has everything to create the perfect Outdoor Oasis at a price that is affordable. Now I will say my Kohl’s unfortunately didn’t have too much in stock, probably since it is mid-season already, but I did find a bunch of great items on the Kohl’s website that I could order.

Here is what I ended up with – I wanted a blue pillow but they didn’t have one so I bought the green to try it out in the meantime:

Oh and I even found this basket which isn’t outside but its perfect for the kids to leave their toys before they outside, rather than on the floor to be tripped over!
So lightweight, no extra material on the back – so its easy to wash:
Next year I am definitely heading out shopping as soon as Spring comes around since I want a lot more for my backyard makeover. We will also be ready for a new patio set by next year, which is a bigger expense. I wouldn’t have thought of buying patio furniture at Kohl’s but with my Kohl’s charge and the awesome coupons they offer, I figure why not!
