Little Live Pets Bird Cage – Friendly Frankie {Review}

My mother-in-law has a bird and my daughter has a love/hate relationship with it.  She loves the bird itself but she freaks out when it flies out the room, as my mother-in-law often lets it out of the cage.  My daughter has asked for a bird but since she is not ready for a real pet I found the next best thing!

Little Live Pets Bird Cage is an electronic bird that comes with her own cage.  You can also buy the birds separately if you’d like but I’d recommend starting with the Bird Cage Pet first so you can store your bird like a real bird.  Little Live Pets Birds chirp, tweet and even swing.  You can pet your birds back to encourage it to sing a special tune or you can even record your own 10 second message.  I recorded a message that says “Hi Olivia” for my daughter and she was so excited to hear that.  It is super simple to record a message, you just push the only button on the bird and say your message.  My daughter loves how it has her own message and then how she can hear it tweet.  It is super sweet and cute.  In the bird cage that it comes with you can even hook in two birds.  My daughter carries this cage around the house with her and stores it next to her bed.

I would recommend Little Live Pets Bird Cage for any child who wants a pet but for a parent who isn’t ready for one!  For the price of just $20 it really is a great toy.
