Every year I make a New Year’s resolutions to loose weight and take care of myself better, and every year I fail. This year though is different because I have high blood pressure that I need to get under control. I am so close to having my blood pressure under control and not needing medicine. As a mom I always put my family’s needs ahead of my own and often push my needs aside.
From taking care of weight to the rest of my body, 2015 is the year I start taking care of me. Things I am going to work on with help from some products from my local Walgreens:
Wearing more makeup, no more mom face thanks to CoverGirl Full Lash Bloom Mascara in Very Black and CoverGirl Outlast lip color in Plum Berry.
Fixing my damaged hair from my three pregnancies, hormones and constant hair dying thanks to Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 BB Crème and Pantene Weekly Rehab Crème.
My teeth are great but could definitely use whitening. Luckily there is Crest Whitestrips Professional Effects and Crest 3D White Arctic Fresh toothpaste 5.5oz that could help!
Sleeping more by going to bed earlier even if it means occasionally taking some ZzzQuil Liquicaps, which I’ve read are non-habit forming.
Drinking more water and less soda. A good water bottle like the Contigo Autoseal Grace Water Bottle definitely makes a difference.
Finally, tracking my steps to motivate me to walk more thanks to the Walgreens Digital Pedometer.
