There are some things that I used to think would be cool to own in my house but things I never thought was possible. Like a 9-hole mini-golf course? Yeah that wasn’t going to happen. Well it wasn’t until K’NEX came out with their Mini Golf set that I realized owning a mini golf set at home is possible! Yep K’NEX has their own Mini Golf Building Set.
The K’NEX Mini Golf Building Set comes with over 3,100 K’NEX pieces and parts. You get to build nine golf holes and two putters, yes you even build the putters! I will say building the set is a little tedious. It took my husband many weekends to get the whole set together, but that was because it was mainly him just a few hours each time. My 6 year old did help him but that was mainly just to build the holes. This set will definitely require teamwork or a lot of patience!
Once together it is pretty durable and is easily moved around. It also requires a lot of room as once its all together you don’t want to have to take it apart. We luckily have room in our basement to push the holes off to the side when not in use. I cannot even imagine taking the set apart though as my kids love it, especailly with being cooped up inside. What I really love about this set is each hole is a fun one. We had other mini golf sets before that just have a hole you put into, but this one has amazing holes with obstacles! I thought it was especially neat that you have to build the putters as well! I will say this set is a great set for families to build together or if you really want to keep the kids busy! Just keep in mind that you will need room and the set takes time to build. There is no easy way to store it either, at least none that I have come up with. I was thinking too it would be fun to set this up in our driveway in the summer where the kids really have room!

My nieces would love this. My brother-in-law golfs and he takes the girls to hit balls. This would be perfect for them. How fun!
WOW! This is a great set! My nephew is all about things he can build. He loves Knex projects. So this would make an amazing gift for him. I think it would be used over and over. Thanks for the review!
