Come on an unexpected journey with a fearless blue penguin in Rob Biddulph’s debut picture book, Blown Away. In this brilliantly captivating and gloriously illustrated story, a brave young penguin takes a kite flight to a tropical paradise. But in the end, he realizes that home is where his igloo is.
This is a silly hardcover picture book about a penguin and polar bears adventure. The penguin wants to fly so he tries, but he of course can’t fly. He goes all over until he is finally safe at home and ready for bed. This is a perfect book for bedtime, as I tell my kids they need to go to bed like the penguin did. The ending has a super silly illustration that always makes us laugh. We actually make up a new story on what we think happens each night from the ending. The illustrations are amazing and so bright and colorful.
