Feeding My Family on a Night Out #DennysDiners

My kids love to go out to restaurants and ever since they were little we have been brining them out to eat. When they were little it was easy because they usually ate off our plates or they shared a kids dinner, now though they each like different things and they of course are eating more!  My 8 year old is actually going through quite the growth spurt and he is eating almost two meals, his whole meal and then his sibling’s leftovers!

So what is a family of five to do to be able to afford going out to eat? Head to Denny’s! Now even though I may seem bias because I am a Denny’s ambassador, I really do think Denny’s is a great restaurant for families.

What makes Denny’s perfect for affordable family dining?

Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays! Yes from 4-10 PM kids 10 and under get a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entree of $2.50 or more. You of course should check with your local Denny’s to make sure they participate but it seems like the majority do. Kids meals can add up and this way my kids can all get what they want without me worrying about the price going up.

My kids love the kids menu which is jam packed full of activities:

Free Birthday Grand Slam – If you head to a participating Denny’s on your birthday you can get a free Original Grand Slam meal just by showing proof its your birthday.

Denny’s $2 4 6 8 Menu Items – Denny’s has an amazing Value Menu full of so many great choices. You could even order an item of the $4 menu and get a free kids meal on Tuesday! Sometimes I am not that hungry so I order something on the Value Menu while my kids enjoy their meals. They even have some yummy desserts on the Value Meal.

Coupons – Yes there are coupons out there for Denny’s. I have seen them in the Sunday newspaper where the coupon inserts are and I have seen them in various coupon books like the Entertainment Book. I love having coupons on hand for when we do want Denny’s on a non-Tuesday night.

Sign up for the Denny’s Rewards Program – Now this is not available in every area yet, but if you put in your zip code and its available then sign up! I am all about rewards programs as I love getting rewarded for something I plan to do anyways.

Wether you have one child or three or more like me, every little bit helps and Denny’s offers affordable prices and quality food. That is something else we love about Denny’s, while they keep the favorites the menu at Denny’s is constantly evolving and featuring new items.I honestly am hooked on their Bourbon Bacon Burger with Seasoned Fries and get that every time while my husband likes to work the menu getting something different every time. We have yet to try something we didn’t like and if it was up to my kids we would go to Denny’s every night!
