I received the product below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
This past month I introduced my family to the Philips Airfryer. I was challenged to cook everyday using the Philips Airfryer as part of the Home30 Challenge. I admit we do eat out a lot whether it be take out or at a restaurant because we are constantly on the go. I was skeptical too thinking I could cook that many meals in an airfryer. I mean other than french fries, what else could you really cook in an airfryer, right? Well boy I was wrong and I can proudly say the Philips Airfryer has earned some real estate on my kitchen counter. I have tried out many small kitchen appliances but usually I give up on them because they are complicated to use, clean or bulky. The Philips Airfryer is none of those things. It is a lightweight product that is easy to use and not an eyesore on the counter.
So other than french fries there is so much that can be cooked in the Philips Airfryer. Between the recipe book (thats included) and online I have found so many recipes and I have even thrown food in there myself and it has all come out great!
I would definitely recommend this Airfryer to anyone trying to cook more at home who needs quick and easy but still good. Between all the various meals I cook a day for my different family members there is something I could cook everyday in this appliance.

We bought a Philips air fryer primarily to cook frozen breaded okra and frozen breaded shrimp, which we previously cooked in a deep fryer. We just tried okra and it did not turn out well. The flour coating was dry. I suspect there may be a way to add a small amount of oil to the okra before cooking that would work. I would appreciate any advice. We haven't tried the breaded shrimp yet but I anticipate the same results.
Why spend $349 for a Philips air fryer when you can buy the Farberware air fryer for $79 and is basically the same thing and has a larger capacity. Also has great reviews. You can even buy a Farberware air fryer for $39 at Walmart. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Farberware-Air-Fryer/47042727
All the tests look pretty decent except for the grilled cheese that looks like it is crumbling apart, but still look edible.
I would love one of these for health reasons, but the price is too high right now.
Would definitely get when when the tech gets cheaper.
It almost looked like you could cook a pizza with this. It looks like quite a kitchen tool to have.
I'd be makin' me some fried shrimp!
Sweet potato fries for me!
I would make fried pickles.
I'm definitely going to make sausage and peppers first! It's my husbands favorite meal and I would love to see how it came out in the airfryer!! Fingers crossed!!
I would fry up some chicken and make a Chinese dish.
I would cook some sausage and beans.
