Holiday cards are something I look forward to every year. Well, not so much the “making” process but the actual sending and receiving part. I used to go all out and we’d wear matching clothes in front of a Christmas tree but then life happened and I realize our friends and family just want to see us. Now I pick a picture of each of our kids and then a family picture and slap it into a card. By “slap” I mean digitally create and order.

This year I decided to get my cards done nice and early so I can get them sent out right after Thanksgiving. I chose The Stationery Studio for our cards and I will say the process was super easy and I love our cards.

What do I look for when deciding where to order our holiday cards from

Selection – I always have a vision in my head of what I want and my only complaint from The Stationery Studio is that they had so many awesome choices that it was hard to narrow down! I ended up when the Red Mery & Bright Foil Photo Cards because I love the red and gold contrast.

Filters – I like to search by # of Photos, Orientation (horizontal or vertical) and Shape. I don’t like wasting my time looking at cards that won’t work for us

Price – I, of course, don’t want to go broke sending Christmas cards so I look for deals on cards and Free Shipping.

Quality – Since so many display holiday cards and save them, I want our cards to look their best. I like sturdier ones too that are not flimsy in envelopes when I mail them.

Envelopes included – I would assume this is standard but I don’t want to have to worry about buying envelopes. Many companies even allow you to personalize the envelopes with your Return address, which means one less thing for me to do!

The Stationery Studio covered all my bases and left me a very happy customer! My cards came quicker than I anticipated and I may or may not have already addressed and stamped them because I am excited to send them out.
