Take a new colleague out to coffee or organize an evening work dinner to get to know your colleagues better. When you’re comfortable around the people in your workspace, you’ll undoubtedly feel more comfortable in your work and what you’re doing.
  2. Be active. Exercising at least a few days a week will increase vitality and energy. If you’re low on time, try to take walks during your lunch break, or take the stairs instead of the elevator. Try some supplements like nootropics or testosterone boosters to kick up your energy and workouts throughout the day. Getting your blood pumping will pick up your energy at work and make you feel like you’re ready to excel!

When you’re feeling frustrated or unmotivated to work on a project, remember why you are doing it in the first place. Remembering the greater objective can help make the more tedious and mundane work tasks bearable, and will allow you to keep others motivated as well.
  6. Keep learning. Constant learning is what keeps people happy, excited, and motivated throughout their careers. If you’re looking to climb the career ladder in your company, one way you can boost your chances is by furthering your education.
