A few months ago I got my first multipot, and boy did it change our lives. While I didn’t use it too much over the summer because we grilled, it is something that saved our mealtime every time I used it. The longest part was sauteing the chicken in the pot since I had to stir it and after that I literally poured everything in the pot and let it do its thing!
The whole thing was on the table in less than 30 minutes which is exactly what this busy mama needs before an evening of sports practices. While it was cooked I whipped up some rice and veggies and everything was ready to eat at the same time.

There are tons of recipes and even instructional videos on the website and app! I am not a very creative chef and am always looking for recipes to try. I love that I can browse recipes right on my phone and save them for when I am ready to cook them!

I too am taking out my Insta Pot. I've tried a couple of things over the summer in between grilling but now that we are into the fall I will be trying it in earnest. Thanks for the encouragement.
