Zipping Around Town in the 2020 Fiat 500X Sport AWD

I received this car for one week to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

These days I feel like I spend so much of my time just zooming around town. From the grocery store to shoe store to sports activities, I basically do a zig-zag through town everyday. While it is nice to have my big mini-van for days when I have all five of us and our stuff packed in it, some days I just need a smaller, “zippier” car. You know one that zooms around fast and fits anywhere because its small.

Well the 2020 Fiat 500X Sport AWD is a small SUV that is perfect for around town.

While it is a tight car for a family of five, we did all fit and had some room in the trunk.

Speaking of the trunk, it is a lot bigger than it looks. At first I was nervous about how I was going to fit my son’s hockey bag and even groceries but I fit it surprisingly. I did have to put down back seat but I could have finagled it so I didn’t have to but I only needed one passenger so I was fine with it.

We had great weather this past week and were able to enjoy the windows open and it was awesome having two skylights above us.

The navigation system is through Tom Tom navigation and it works fine, just different than what I was used to. It is touch screen which is nice.

There is an additional glove compartment which is a great use of extra storage.

As far as size goes, since this is a smaller SUV, it seriously fits anywhere I needed to. I had to parallel park it and did it perfectly in a spot where no way would my big van fit in there. This car would be perfect for a city dweller.

I liked that if I needed to change terrain or just wanted it to be “sportier”, I could change the mode.

The seats were super comfortable and breathable and wrapped around me which was nice as I feel like I spent a lot of time sitting in those seats. The steering wheel also had suede on it which felt luxurious!

USB port in the back meant my kids didn’t have to stretch their cords front the front to the back.

A very helpful dashboard with all sorts of information to make your trip go smooth!

Honestly, for a single person or small family, this would be a great SUV especially if they lived in the city. I even think back to when I first got my license or even was in college how this would have been a great car to hold everything I needed and get me and my family to and from safely.
