The Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship is offering recent college graduates and career changers in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, or math) a $30,000 stipend to complete an intensive master’s degree program at one of the fourteen participating universities. The Fellowship is seeking to recruit, prepare, and retain effective teachers for the students and schools who need them most.

I think this is a great opportunity for recent or soon-to-be recent graduates as it is hard enough out there to find a job after college. The Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship is willing to help and I think if it fits, then it is worth trying! So not only do you get a nice stipend for the program, but you will have a job afterward, help, and achieved your master’s degree! Now I have been out of college for seven years now but I remember how expensive it was and even back then the job market was not the greatest.
