MY THOUGHTS:

Every year my sister and I make Christmas cookies, and every year I am searching for something to package them in to bring to people’s houses.  I usually put them on a thciker paper plate and cover with plastic wrap but as you may know that doesn’t always hold nor does it look very nice.  I actually never thought of packaging my cookies in Rubbermaid TakeAlongs and decorating them with Sharpie markers – what a great idea!  Rubbermaid TakeAlongs are also very affordable and by buying a big box I have enough to hand out and keep a few containers for myself!  Dressing up the containers with Sharpie markers is an awesome idea and really doesn’t have to stop at just Christmas, anytime you bring over something to someone decorating the container gives it that extra special touch – I am thinking Valentines Day, birthdays, Easter, and more!

So here are three septs to create the perfect gift for your neighbors, friends and family with Sharpie and Rubbermaid:

• Step One – Decorate Rubbermaid TakeAlongs with Sharpie Markers.  Be as creative and unique as you want.

Overall I really like the Rubbermaid TakeAlongs and can’t believe I have never tried them before.  They come in great sizes, have measuring marks on the sides, and the lid clicks in place so you know its tight.  I also love how the Rubbermaid containers are durable enough for using over and over and yet cheap enough that if I loose one or it gets too dirty I don’t mind throwing them away!
