Anamalz Eco-Friendly Animal Toy Review (& Giveaway Ends 7/27)

ABOUT:

Anamalz are environmentally friendly animals from Australia. They are made of sustainable maple wood and fabric that can bend in different poses, sure to inspire lots of imaginative play and display nicely!  There are four different lines of anamalz:  Prehistoric (new for 2011), Farm, Aussie and Wild (each animal sold separately.)  In all there are 35+ figures to collect!  Each Anamalz is also hand-painted with child-friendly water-based paint and recycled packaging is used whenever possible.

Anamalz accessories are also available including a Playmat, Orange Tree, Apple tree, and Wild tree.

As a bonus, anamalz owners can enter the password printed on their figures hang tag and play online.  At Anamalz online, kids can animate their new pal, download wallpaper and play games available only to owners.

MY THOUGHTS:

My sons love animals and the Anamalz figurines are not only fun to play with but also beautifully crafted.  They are made with such smooth wood and the fabric gives it that extra special touch.  I will say too that these figures are quite durable as my boys have been pretty rough with them in playing.  When they are not playing with them though they sit nicely on their dresser and look like collectibles.  I have a feeling we will be buying more of these and looking for the accessories like the playmat for added fun.  I love too that they are posable so you get that extra touch for playtime rather than non-moving plastic legs and arms.  We have not played at anamalz online yet since my boys are young still but it great that it is there and free!
