MY THOUGHTS:
With three kids at home, I do as much online shopping as possible. Even if I am not purchasing something online, I will usually at least do some browsing online. This year for Halloween costumes I let my boys look at justkidcostumes.com for ideas since I knew going to the store to look at costumes would not only be hectic but a little overwhelming for them. My boys are also getting into dress-up playtime so I have been looking for a few costumes like police and fireman outfits for them to play in. I definitely don’t think costumes are just for Halloween, especially since you pay so much for some of them that they should get their use out of them!
My boys and I could have browsed justkidcostumes.com for hours. There are just so many great costumes to browse for Kids, Toddlers, and Babies. You can also search by sex, type or dress up costumes. My one son narrowed his choices down to being a Superhero and I was able to browse all Superhero costumes for him. He then chose the Reversible Spiderman Red to Black Child Costume. For $50 I basically got two costumes and my son was so excited to pick it out and wear it! I will say though even go up in sizes for the costumes. My son is 3 but I got him Child Small 4-6 and it is perfect on him (and probably for next year too.) The costumes are a little pricer than maybe Kmart or Walmart but there are so many more to choose from and they are high quality materials.
Overall, I found the website super easy to navigate and I loved that I could browse with my boys and not come across any inappropriate ones. Each costume has a size chart on its page and a good description.
Whether you are looking for a costume for Halloween or a dress up outfit for your son or daughter, Just Kid Costumes has so many great choices to choose from. I am definitely going to be picking up a few costumes for my boys to play dress up in and recommending the site to my neighbor who has a young daughter and is looking for dress up clothes for her!
The Dress Up App is also adorable, my boys got a kick out of me adding their photos! I do wish it had more costumes to choose from but I am sure more will be added.
