This looks really easy and really good. I love Mongolian Beef at the Chinese resteraunt and this looks like it would taste pretty close. I like that it is cooked in the slow cooker too. I pinned it for later.
Yummm, I am always on the lookout for delicious crock pot recipes, and this one looks fantastic!! Mongolian Beef is one of my husbands FAVORITES to order when we go out to eat, and now I can make it at home, in the crock pot! I would use a steak and cut it into strips. Stew meat just has that "stew" taste and texture even after cooking in all these ingredients.
