Are You a LEGO Household? Netflix Has You Covered! @Netflix #StreamTeam

I am currently a member of the Netflix Stream Team and this post is part of my involvement in the Group in exchange for receiving a product package.

LEGO has been a brand that I grew up with but honestly I was more of a Barbie fan when I was younger. I do though remember my brothers playing with them and now my own boys play with them. We have built up quite the LEGO collection in our household with no sign of my boys loosing interest. What I love about LEGOs is there is so much to do with them. My boys amaze me each time they build something from scratch or just looking at a picture. I don’t feel like I was ever that creative!

 

LEGO is much more than just colorful bricks. There are LEGO clothes, LEGO housewares, LEGO books and even LEGO television shows. Well thanks to Netflix, my kids don’t have to miss out on seeing their favorite LEGO characters.

Netflix has quite the collection of LEGO shows with two new shows that launched this month: LEGO Bionicle and LEGO Friends.

My 7 and 9 year old sons were super excited for the LEGO Bionicle show because that is their newest obsession. For Christmas and my oldest son’s January birthday all he wanted was LEGO Bionicle figures and that was pretty much all he got. Here is a picture of a bin of LEGO Hero Factory guys and LEGO Bionicle guys (they are interchangeable) that my boys build with (and this is just a glimpse at what they own all together.)

All three of my kids are LEGO fans and honestly I don’t mind the shows. They are cute and kid-appropriate so nothing I need to worry about either. Oh and the shows don’t leave LEGOs on my floor so that is a plus too! Or if my kids do build while they watch the show at least the LEGOs are contained in one spot!
