Choosing a wedding photographer is more important that a lot of brides realize.  I was lucky and mine gave me my proofs and photos on CD as I requested.  Other brides I know have had problems even seeing their initial photos, let alone getting copies of them.  I am in Chicago but If you are looking for a Portland wedding photographer there is a company called Monovita that has a nice package for weddings.
