Carolina Pad Stationery Products Review (& Giveaway Ends 9/7)

ABOUT:

Started in 1945 selling school supplies out of a truck, Carolina Pad was soon born.  In 2000 Carolina Pad transformed the stationery industry by introducing fashion to school and office products.  The Carolina Pad products all stand out from the crowd and can be seen in hit shows like 90210, Greek, and Gossip Girl.  The secret to the design success is said to be:  passion, research, and attention to detail.  There is actually a team of designers that make sure they stay on top of fashion trends to incorporate into their school and office supplies.

MY THOUGHTS:

I got to check out a bunch of Carolina Pad products and I couldn’t have been more excited about the new designs available as well as the classics I received!

Studio C Hot Chocolate Ideal Book

This is an adorable book that has endless possibilities.  It has a pocket and divided sections inside so you can clearly organize your thoughts and even have room for a few items in a pocket.  I love that it has an elastic band to keep it closed and together.  It is smaller than an average notebook so it wouldn’t necessarily be good for school, but it would be great for assignments, as a journal, or just somewhere to jot down everyday notes for yourself!

Dreamsicle Journal

Product Features:

- Ribbon closure

- Twin wire coil
- 8″ x 6.125″
- 80 sheets

This is a cute little book again that has endless possibilities.  I love first off that it has a ribbon closure which makes it look and feel super cute and feminine.  Inside the book is a quote to inspire you and throughout the book there are inspirational quotes written on the pages.  There is also a sheet of stickers so you can personalize the cover (picture above has a letter “m” but you can put any letter there.)  It is also a hardcover book to stand up to daily abuse and use!

Royal Twist Binder

Product Features:
- Durable vinyl
- Coordinating interior design
- 2 pockets

This is a basic 1 inch binder but it features an adorable and fashionable cover and back.  Very cute and durable at the same time.  There is a pocket in the front cover and back perfect for loose papers.  I am replacing a blue binder that I use for my blog with this one because it is just too cute!

Sasquatch Comp Book

Product Features:

- 100% recycled content
- Teacher-approved
- Unscramble words on back cover to reveal a phrase about the environment
- 9.75 x 7.5 inches
- 100 sheets

Basic composition book that has a hard cardboard cover and 100 sheets to fill inside.  I love that it is 100$ recycled and still cute!  Very functional and perfect for notes!

Studio C Graffiti 1-Subject Notebook

- 10.5″ x 8.5″
- 80 sheets

This notebook is so much cooler than boring solid color notebooks.  It definitely makes opening up your notebook to take notes a little more fun as you see the doodled cover.  The cover is also a plastic material so it won’t tear or fray.  My tween sister is going to drool when she sees this as it would definitely make her look cool!  Very fun though for adults too!

Studio C Rock On Value 3-Pack (2) pocket folders

Product Features:
- Coordinating interior design
- Fits 3-ring binders
- 9.5″ x 11.625″

Basic two pocket folders with a fashionable front and back.  They even have the holes so you can put them in a binder if you’d like.  The designs feature the word “Rock” forming a guitar, drums and musicians.   Basic black so they go with everything and again much more fun that solid colored folders.  These folders are also the thicker cardboard so they last.

Overall, I love Carolina Pad products.  They make my office feel fun, fresh, and young.  I love that I can have coordinating products or mix it up with their different collections.  I am always amazed at the designs used as they are always right in line with trends and styles.  The best part though about Carolina Pad products is that they are high-quality products that will last (at least through a school year!)  Yes you can get folders and notebooks for free basically, but they will probably fall apart and fray quickly, whereas Carolina Pad products are plastic, hard cardboard, and thicker than most school and office supplies.  Plus, how can you not smile when you see the Carolina Pad designs!
