Hi! I keep my mind sharp by being a full time working spouse and mother of a 3 year old. I not only have professional mental challenges to meet at work but also at home. I have the challenge of keeping my mental state healthy for my daughter when I get home. I due not have the option to sit on the couch so I do different things to keep both our minds sharp. I usually workout with her since physical activity keeps the minds sharp. I play all kinds of games with her, everything from “Help Me Cook” where I teach her how to cook by reading recipes, having her help me measure, etc. We also play educational games online or with her toys and read a lot a lot.
I am an avid reader as well and that helps to keep my mind sharp.
I also play Poker and do crossword puzzles and a variety of games to keep my mind sharp.
