    Okay so my family loves grilled cheese sandwiches but honestly I have never made one other than two pieces of American cheese and some bread.  This book has totally opened my eyes to experiment with grilled cheese and try out some new meal ideas!  As the title of the book reads, there are 150 grilled cheese recipes in the book, and they are not just lunch sandwiches anymore.  The book even has a bunch of condiment recipes in the back.  All the recipes feature cheese and bread, with meats, fruits, and condiments.  All the recipes sound amazing and are honestly so much funner than the boring grilled cheese recipes we are used to.  Each recipe tells you how many it serves and some feature tips.  While they don’t have pictures with each recipe (which I prefer), there are a bunch of pictures in the center of the book referencing different recipes.  There are tons of great and easy recipes in throughout the book to serve grilled cheese any time of day!

      shaved cooked ham and onions cooked in a little butter, put onto the cheese add cheese on top and grill like a grilled cheese sndwich….

      My mom used to make grilled cheese sammies in a cast iron skillet on the stove. She’d butter Wonder bread and slather on three pieces of quality American cheese. Then, she had this technique where she would cover the sandwich with a heavy pan to smash it down. This melted the cheese perfectly! Flip over and repeat. Then, eat as is or add a slice of salted and peppered tomato adn some Hellmann’s mayo. Yummy either way.

      I am incredibly shocked that there are so many ways to make grilled cheese. I’m seriously missing out. The best I do to dress up my grilled cheese is throw a tomato on it.

      I vary my grilled cheese sandwiches. Sometimes just sharp or real american plain or with tomatoes, sometimes Brie or Camembert on raisin bread, sometimes open-faced with tomatoes and bacon and sometimes mixed cheeses.

      I toast my bread in the toaster, then use 2 slices of american cheese between the toast and stick all in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Less calories and still the grilled/toasted flavor!

      OMG, I love grilled cheese ANY way – with swiss, or cheddar, or gruyere – or with tomato, or bacon – never met a grilled cheese I didn’t like!!!

      Bacon and Montery jack grilled sandwich.. or pepper jack just for a little kick…and in the summer I love grilled tomato and american cheese

      I love 2 pieces of american cheese and I put 1 piece of bologny in the middle.Then slap it on 2 peices of bread with some country crock on the bread. I like mine alittle crunchy but not burnt. I also LOVE the grilled cheese’s at Jack-in-the-Box.They are delish. Thank you for the awesome giveaway! 🙂

      I like my grilled cheese with white bread only…that is only requirement besides no blue cheese which I dont even know if someone would put on one. Obviously I need new grilled cheese recipes 🙂

      I love little (almost shredded but not quite) pieces of chicken in with my grilled cheese! I love it to be buttery, creamy, and with a light crunchy outside!

      I love the basic grilled cheese sandwich, but it is always good a blend of cheddar and pepper jack, and some bacon added!
