    New Chick-Fil-A Salads

    A few weeks ago I got the chance to head to my local Chick-fil-A in Wheaton, IL, to have a Salad Tasting Party.  I got to invite some friends and we got to try each of the three new salads from Chick-fil-A!

    New salads:

    • Asian Salad
    • Market Salad
    • Cobb Salad

    Now Chick-fil-A is relatively new to my area and honestly I had never had it before my party there.  I know, I know… So what did we think of the salads? We loved them!  My favorite is the Cobb Salad, which is funny because I don’t normally eat Cobb Salads because I don’t like egg.  With less than 500 calories per salad, protein and fresh veggies (two cups actually), high in vitamins A and C, all three salads make the perfect meals!  Each salad you can also choose whether you want grilled or crispy chicken as well as which dressing you want.

    Cobb Salad

    Like I said my favorite is the Cobb Salad.  The egg is very small and blends in perfectly with the bacon and cheeses.  I love the 5 grams of fiber and 39 grams of protein packed into this salad!

    Asian Salad

    This one I have to be in the mood for, but it was pretty refreshing, a nice change.  It contains mandarin orange pieces, honey-thai almonds, and Chinese garlic and ginger wonton pieces – yum!  This salad has 5 grams of fiber as well and 29 grams of protein.

    This salad is perfect for summertime.  With apples, blueberries and strawberries it makes a perfect summertime meal.  I loved the blue cheese in this one and with the Apple Cider Vinaigrette it was perfect!  WIthout the condiments and with grilled chicken, this is also a gluten-free salad!

    Overall though I am hooked.  If my Chick-fil-A was just a little closer, it would be dangerous!  I could eat one of their Crispy Chicken Cobb Salads everyday!  Oh and honestly I don’t think I ever had nicer employees serve me, they were all so polite and friendly and no it wasn’t just because I was having a party.

    Oh and of course we got to see the Chick-fil-A cow!

    Oh and if you have never had Chick-fil-A sauce, it is AMAZING!

      I love to eat at chick-fil-A? Everyone is so nice and I love the chicken. Our son gets us gift certificates from there for birthdays, mothers day and fathers day. The waitresses are so nice and friendly and we know it is a godly place.

      I love Chick-fil-A. I didn’t go as often once I found out I was celiac and had to eat gluten free…but I am so excited to hear about the salads! Thanks,

      They all look so good, it would be a really hard decision! I guess my first choice would be the Asian salad, then the Market salad, YUM 😉
